J & K's Wedding!

When my little brother got engaged and asked me to be his wedding photographer I was excited!
It was a very sweet request until I realized that these are the one and only pics of his one and only day!
I got nervous.

#1. I am not a photographer
#2. I NEVER use flash. I love to take photos in natural light. Having to photograph interior spaces, church and reception, terrified me.
#3. Pittsburgh was cold... so most of the pics were going to have to be inside!

However,
I absolutely loved seeing the wedding through the lens.

DC Design House 2013~ Done!

The DC Designer house Master Bedroom is finished, fini, finito, and oh so lovely!
This is a photo post of the work in progress, just some shots I took... not professionally done. This week and next is press week. So far the room has been selected to be published in Home and Design Magazine and the Washington Post.

DC Designer House Install... Round One!

Install Day for Bridget Beari Designs
at the DC Designer House 2013!

Between the guys from Heirloom Express, who are awesome, and Susan and I we ended up unpacking all of the furniture and setting up by 3:00 just in time to get out of DC and miss the traffic... yeah right! 
There is ALWAYS traffic in DC! : ) 

Love install days and seeing everything come together!
Susan designed the Master Bedroom for this 14 MILLION dollar house before I got on board with BBD.
So excited to be apart of it now!

R.Home~Extra! Extra! Read All About It!

Doaky bear is in the March/April edition of R.Home Magazine.
Yes, as the visual contributor, of course I was going to finagle his way in, haha! 

The concept of the this issue is "March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb."

And when my amazing artist friend, Dan Sheets, created a beautiful lion painting it all made sense. 

It also helped that my husband and I created the beautiful lamb! : )
